Learning Data: Progress tracking and educational content created on the platform

We do NOT collect:

Addresses, phone numbers, health data, or sensitive personal information.

• Enable collaboration between students and educators
• Improve our educational platform

We NEVER:

• Sell personal data
• Use student data for advertising
• Profile students for non-educational purposes

• Cloud storage (Railway Postgres/Azure)
• AI-powered educational features

All transfers include appropriate safeguards per DIFC Data Protection Law 2020 and applicable regulations.

Data Retention

Active Accounts: Data retained during active school subscription

Post-Termination: Educational records retained for 1 academic year after account closure
•
Data Export: Schools can export all data at any time in standard formats

AI and Automated Processing

Our AI System (SPARK)

• Enhances educational experiences only
• No high-stakes automated decisions
• No profiling for non-educational purposes
• Human oversight maintained

Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach:

• Immediate investigation and containment
• Schools notified within 72 hours
• Full cooperation and support for affected users
• Immediate steps to prevent recurrence

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccuracies
• Request deletion
• Export your data
• Object to processing

Schools coordinate these requests on behalf of students.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without school authorization. Schools manage student accounts and parental consent.
